How it works
A Verified, Public Auction
- Place a bid. Enter your real first and last name, private email, chosen organization, and bid amount.
- Verify your email. A verification email is sent before the bid can count.
- Only verified bids count. Once verified, a qualifying bid appears in the public bid history with your name, amount, and selected organization.
- Optional outbid notices. Bidders can choose to receive an email if a higher verified bid is placed.
- Five-minute extension. A qualifying bid placed within the final five minutes extends the auction by five minutes.
- Winner pays the organization directly. The coin is available for pickup after the auction closes and payment to the selected organization is confirmed.
Privacy: Email addresses are used only for verification, auction-related contact, optional outbid notifications, and contacting the winner. They will never be shown publicly.
